Lviv Diary (2018) is an encounter with contemporary Lviv, Ukraine, a city I have come to know well in the last years. The sequence includes photographs of public life, and post-Holocaust mnemonic spaces. The latter include the site of the former Janowska Street camp, one of the major "forgotten" German camps in the occupied USSR and today still a prison, and Hanny Barvinok street, a tiny street outside the center where in June 2018 more than 100 Jewish tombstones were pulled from under the asphalt.
